The International Panel on Climate Change has informed us that if we don’t reach carbon zero by 2030 (no carbon emissions being put into the atmosphere that aren’t being equally offset by carbon sequestration from nature) that it might mean the end of human society and even the human species.

That means we have a few growing seasons to develop and implement a plan for our bioregion to power down and relocalize the nutrient, energy, water, and material needs of our community if we are going to survive.
